The installation appointment takes one hour, with training included immediately after the appointment. You can invite your bookkeeper, or get advice from your designated accountant provided by us during the installation.

This decision is entirely up to you and depends on your personal preference. You can start using Accounting Link at any time. Just ensure that your chosen start date does not overlap with any sales, deposits, or accounts payable information already entered into your accounting software to avoid duplication.

If you have recently switched from another shop management system and were using Accounting Link, you will need to place a new order for Accounting Link through your Identifix Shop Manager representative. Since Accounting Link is tailored to the specific shop management system it connects with, placing a new order is required to ensure optimal integration with Identifix Shop Manager.

Once an order has been placed, one of our team members will reach out to you to schedule the installation appointment. On the installation appointment, one of our accountants will walk you through best practices and demonstrate how to process your activity using 3 days of your activity that has accumulated. That's all there is to it!

Accounting Link Desktop is compatible with Windows products. If you have a Mac, we recommend reaching out to our team to explore options.
